Below is the health guarantee that is given to every puppy buyer. We offer a very good guarantee of health and it will be in writing.

However, as a breeder I would like to say that even though we have an exact amount of time that the dog is guaranteed I would like to promise any person that adopts one of my puppies or older dogs this:

I will always be reasonable, fair and make things right in the event something does go wrong. I have done everything in my power to breed healthy dogs by health testing every adult dog for all the major health issue's in the Cavalier breed. I do not have a crystal ball and cannot absolutely guarantee that your puppy will not ever have a problem. I can guarantee that I will make it right with

you if something were to happen. If your dog were to die from any hereditary or congental defect any any time in his or her life I want you to contact me. I want to be aware of any defects so that I can breed cautiously in the future. If I feel that the problem was my fault as a breeder or your dog died to prematurely I will make it right with you.

COMPANION DOG GUARANTEE

The health of this animal is guaranteed for 10 days through examination by a vet at the expense of the buyer. If the dog is found to be in unsatisfactory health and written documentation is presented the seller shall, provided the dog and AKC papers are returned , refund 100% of the purchase price.

This dog is registered with the American Kennel club. This dog is sold with Limited AKC Registration and must be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age.

Seller will send the AKC papers when proof of spay/neuter is sent.

The dog is guaranteed for one year through a board certified veterinarian at the expense of the buyer for any life threatening hereditary or congenital defect. If the dog is tested and found to have a life threatening condition the seller shall refund the full purchase price of the dog. Life threatening means any condition that prevents the dog from living a normal life. If the dog should die with in one year an autopsy must be performed and documented by a board certified veterinarian at the expense of the buyer. If the results indicate a congenital or hereditary cause for death the seller shall refund the full purchase price.

If, in the unfortunate case your dog dies with in 5 years of age from MVD (Mitral Valve Disease) The seller shall refund the full purchase price or replace with another puppy that is similar. This must be confirmed and documented with an autopsy performed by a board certified veterinarian at the expense of the buyer.

The buyer agrees to provide annual vet exams, also including heart worm checks and preventatives. Keep the teeth in good condition, keep the dog a healthy weight, feed a premium dog food and keep all vaccinations current according to the A.V.M.A. Failure to comply with and provide documentation of these requirements voids all guarantees.

Do not use products or give treats/chew toys that are not made in the USA.

This dog is not to be re-homed by buyer with out contacting the seller. At no time is this dog ever to be surrendered to a rescue or pound. The seller shall take the dog back into her custody in the event the buyer cannot keep the dog unless a suitable family has been chosen for the dog and the seller/breeder has been notified. If this dog changes ownership with out notifying the breeder all health guarantees will be void.
